Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or business
At least 12 years of commercial experience in pharma or biotech
Proven track record of at least one successful launch in Germany
Solid knowledge of forecasting, demand planning and P&L management
Comfortable using digital engagement channels and driving productivity with AI tools
Fluent German and English
