📋 Description

• Drive commercial and market innovation strategy and business operations projects across the
• Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives that lay the strategic foundation to maximize
• Lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready products
• Lead key strategic initiatives across Neuroscience that identifies longer-term growth (e.g.
• Execute opportunities to drive operational effectiveness within and across business units with key
• Lead development of business and operational reviews to senior Commercial and Executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required, MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred
• At least 5-7 years of professional industry experience with a successful track record in management
• Previous experience in pharma R&D, Corporate Strategy, Brand Management, and/or Marketing
• Deep understanding and experience with Neuroscience and Eye Care products both inline and in
• Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
