🎯 Requirements

UK or Dublin-based solicitor with 12+ years experience, both with the commercial or technology
Experience building and managing high-functioning teams
Transactional background, including with technology and/or IP licensing commercial agreements
Experience with government sales is a plus, as is working internationally with US-based leadership
Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
Team-focused and collaborative work style; willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges
