📋 Description

• The Director, Commercial Operations-East will lead key commercial operations initiatives supporting
• Serve as the primary commercial operations partner for field teams, supporting sales, medical
• Lead CRM implementation, administration, training, and ongoing optimization with external tech
• Manage field alignment activities, including territory design, field roster, HCP targeting, and
• Support incentive compensation processes, prescription allocation reviews, and reporting challenges.
• Coordinate sample operations, logistics, and vendor activities to ensure efficient field support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years in commercial operations, field training, or related enablement functions.
• 3+ years of field experience as a sales rep, first-line manager, or MSL.
• Proven experience supporting pharma launches or field force effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of commercial CRM platforms (Veeva CRM, OpenData, Network solutions).
• Experience managing multiple vendors across CRM, incentive comp, sampling, and fleet ops.
