📋 Description

• Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams and Global Commercial Teams
• Drive the execution of global commercial and commercialization initiatives by managing milestones
• Coordinate inputs across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance
• Facilitate strategic planning, governance, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear ownership
• Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, and challenges, developing solutions and

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 10+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology
• Demonstrate significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, commercialization
• Have experience supporting global commercial organizations, particularly across launch readiness
• Bring experience working across global and regional operating models and coordinating diverse
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, including planning, dependency and risk
