Director, Commercial Strategy and Business Development Assessment

📋 Description

• Lead US commercial assessments for acquisitions, licensing and partnerships.
• Evaluate strategic fit, market attractiveness and long-term potential.
• Support portfolio strategy, lifecycle opportunities and launch readiness.
• Develop pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies.
• Collaborate with Market Access, BD and integration teams on opportunities.
• Contribute to commercialization planning and operating model design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH/PharmD/PhD preferred.
• 8-10+ years in pharma/biotech, commercial strategy or BD.
• Experience in commercial due diligence and portfolio assessments.
• Specialty pharma/biotech experience; rare disease preferred.
• Experience evaluating assets across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong analytical, pricing, market access and executive communication skills.
