📋 Description

• Develop and execute commercial technology strategy aligning CRM, BI, analytics with growth.
• Own Salesforce roadmap and commercial tech stack; translate needs into scalable platforms.
• Lead commercial data governance with standards, ownership, and quality controls.
• Define KPI frameworks, reporting, and exec dashboards for visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Manage vendors, platform investments, and tool portfolios to maximize value.
• Build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to align initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales ops, revenue ops, or related leadership.
• Strong Salesforce CRM expertise: pipeline, forecasting, account planning, and process design.
• Proven experience optimizing commercial workflows and translating operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM, analytics and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Experience leading commercial transformation initiatives across complex, multi-business-unit organizations.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across business and technology teams while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $149,200 to $254,000 depending on experience.
