📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 major gift prospects.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and maintain high-net-worth relationships.
• Develop personalized donor engagement via meetings, events, site visits.
• Build and maintain an annual fundraising pipeline aligned with objectives.
• Conduct donor discovery meetings to identify new opportunities.
• Partner with executives to coordinate donor strategies and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive fundraising with major gifts.
• Experience managing a major gift portfolio and achieving goals.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit philanthropy environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executives and philanthropists.
• Salesforce experience preferred; travel ~25%.
