🎯 Requirements

  • Experience owning email and lifecycle programs (Braze or similar)
  • Comfort with a CMS and analytics tools (Amplitude or similar)
  • Event and campaign marketing experience across multiple teams
  • Experience building or leading marketing across international markets
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority
  • Knowledge of the CrossFit affiliate model; CrossFit Level 1 preferred
