📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and management of out-of-school-time programs and partnership initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio of community-based initiatives from pilots to scalable models.
• Build trusted relationships with providers, funders, networks, and partners.
• Advise leaders on engaging youth beyond traditional schools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.
• Represent the organization in partner and funder meetings with concise updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 7+ years in out-of-school-time, youth programs, or cross-sector partnerships.
• Deep understanding of community-based organizations and youth networks.
• Experience designing, launching, evaluating, scaling pilots.
• Strong project management across budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build partnerships.
