Director, Company Planning

📋 Description

• Own the integrated sales forecast across channels, supported by traffic, conversion, average
• Forecast gross margin and its drivers, including pricing, promotions, markdowns, product cost
• Partner with E-commerce, Retail, Merchandising and Marketing to build assumptions, lead ongoing
• Connect the sales forecast to inventory, receipts and purchasing requirements.
• Forecast inventory levels, turns and weeks of supply; partner with Merchandising, Planning and
• Partner with Marketing/Growth to develop investment plans and expected outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in company planning, commercial finance or FP&A, with
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer businesses is required, including hands-on
• Strong customer planning and digital marketing measurement experience, including forecasting new
• Technical capability and hands-on willingness to build driver-based financial models, analyze
• A track record of working with operating leaders to build forecasts, challenge assumptions and
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and build collaborative relationships
