📋 Description

• Act as knowledge leader in customs compliance; escalation point for internal stakeholders.
• Lead a remote-first team of Broker Partner Success and Post-Entry Analysts.
• Coordinate weekend, holiday, and time-zone coverage across US and Canada.
• Support pre- and post-entry activities: clearance, audits, CBP/CBSA requests.
• Oversee data/doc alignment, training, ACE reporting, and data analytics.
• Manage ongoing meetings with broker partners and ABI users.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or account management.
• US Customs Broker license or CCS designation required.
• Experience with enterprise-level import operations and broker networks.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail and drive for improvement.
• Familiarity with CSMS, FRNs, and D-Memos.
