Director, Compliance Operations

📋 Description

• Set strategic direction for Compliance Operations across employment laws and home care licensing.
• Continuously assess compliance risk and seek opportunities to simplify regulatory processes.
• Own day-to-day compliance across all markets; build durable systems to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build tech-first, automated compliance solutions.
• Lead state licensing audits and audit-readiness programs end-to-end; close gaps.
• Ensure operational readiness for new markets and service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in operations, product ops, or compliance in tech-enabled, high-growth firms.
• Experience at the intersection of technology and operations; partner with Product/Engineering.
• Track record building scalable systems, processes, and team structures.
• Analytical with large/complex data; experience with data visualization and KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• People management experience; able to lead through ambiguity and change.
