🎯 Requirements

10+ years in compliance, legal, or learning & development in biotech/pharma.
Hands-on instructional design with modern tools; translate policy into clear guidance.
Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (AKS, FCA, transparency) and LMS systems.
Global mindset, vendor management, and ability to operate across jurisdictions/time zones.
Strong written/verbal communication and ability to drive policy-to-practice translation.
