📋 Description

• Lead go-to-market initiatives across Personal Loans, HELOC, and Indirect Auto.
• Develop executive relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CLOs, and bank leaders.
• Grow marketplace originations through new institutional partnerships.
• Lead complex commercial discussions.
• Demonstrate how Upstart assets improve yield and portfolio growth.
• Present portfolio analytics and marketplace trends to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with banks/credit unions in partnerships or financial services.
• Experience advising executives on complex lending or capital markets solutions.
• Experience engaging CEOs, CFOs, CLOs, and boards.
• Strong understanding of Personal Loans, HELOC, Auto, Mortgage.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven go-to-market leadership track record.
