  • Build and lead Airalo's global pricing org, including hiring and operating model.
  • Define team structure, processes, governance, and decision frameworks.

  • Coach pricing talent; foster experimentation, analytical rigor, and ownership.
  • Act as executive sponsor for pricing initiatives across the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2C and B2B/B2B2C pricing, ideally in Telco or connectivity.
  • Proven experience leading pricing orgs within global consumer tech, telecom, travel tech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Experience in high-scale, data-rich environments with structured pricing.
  • Proven track record building and scaling pricing functions from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of pricing science, elasticity modeling, segmentation, monetization.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouses and BI tools.
