Director, Contract Management

📋 Description

• Lead contract management, compliance, subcontract administration, procurement oversight, and ethics
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure contracts and subcontracts are
• Oversee purchasing activities and procurement processes while maintaining appropriate compliance
• Guide the administration and monitoring of small business commitments and related federal program
• Ensure contract management practices align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense
• Oversee change order proposal activities and ensure submissions and processes meet applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Federal Government contracting.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract requirements.
• Ability to successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance through the

• Annual base salary range of $168,000–$231,000, with actual compensation determined by factors
