Director, Contracts Management- Power Generation

📋 Description

• Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio of complex agreements (e.g., EPC to include
• Negotiate and manage major EPC, engineering, construction, and contractor furnished/contractor
• Develop commercial strategies that balance project delivery, cost, schedule, and contractual risk
• Provide executive leadership with commercial recommendations, negotiation strategies, and risk
• Work with Systems and Operations teams across Supply Chain to establish contract management
• Work with Legal to develop templates, negotiation plans, and commercial standards that improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Construction Management, Legal
• 10+ years in contracts, commercial management. Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements
• 7+ years of data center experience or mission critical, fast-paced/large-scale infrastructure or
• 10+ years of commercial/transactional contracts management experience including awarding, drafting
• Expertise in sourcing through contracting, cost management and optimization, supplier management
• Strong financial analysis and analytical capabilities
