Director, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day corporate accounting operations with a high degree of autonomy, overseeing
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior accounting leadership, acting as a force multiplier
• Investigate financial discrepancies and unusual transactions directly, perform detailed account
• Develop, improve, and maintain accounting processes and internal controls that support scalability
• Serve as a technical accounting subject matter expert, supporting complex accounting treatments
• Identify and implement opportunities to use automation, modern finance technologies, and AI-enabled

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive professional accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field, with deep practical knowledge of
• Expert-level knowledge of US GAAP, advanced financial statement preparation, multi-entity
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, and developing accounting teams across multiple
• Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and the ability to improve
• Experience using or implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows within finance or accounting
