Director - Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across entities.
• Own complex accounting areas (debt, derivatives, intercompany structures).
• Drive IPO readiness and multi-ERP reporting alignment.
• Partner with FP&A, legal, tax for clear insights.
• Improve close timelines while ensuring governance and accuracy.
• Oversee external audits and SOX controls.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required; 5+ years in Big 4 public accounting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP expertise; IFRS experience preferred.
• Experience with M&A, financial instruments, stock-based comp.
• SOX controls exposure; multi-entity/global operations.
• Excellent communication; ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
