📋 Description

• Own external communications across press, customers, and public
• Lead corporate narrative and annual strategy/calendar
• Manage media relations, executive messaging, and social channels
• Guide crisis communications and incident response
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, People, and executives
• Build a high-performing communications team over time

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate communications/PR, B2B SaaS
• External media, social media, and crisis experience
• Corporate voice for narrative and exec comms
• Hands-on crisis/incident communications
• Strong writing and editing across formats
• Experience leading a corporate social media function
