📋 Description

• Lead corporate development strategy with CEO, CFO, and senior leadership.
• Source, evaluate, and prioritize acquisitions and partnerships.
• Analyze market, competition, and whitespace across priority verticals.
• Build a robust deal pipeline and coordinate cross-functional due diligence.
• Drive post-close integration and value realization with leadership.
• Represent Updater at conferences and in senior-level networks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic Commerce.
• Proven sourcing, structuring, and closing acquisitions.
• Deep network across private equity, venture capital, and corporate dealmakers.
• Strong financial acumen; build and evaluate complex valuation models.
• Due diligence, negotiation, and integration leadership; remote-first teamwork.
