🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate
• Successful track record of executing M&A transactions
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
• Deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely
