📋 Description

• Own end-to-end M&A and corporate development strategy for B2B and B2C
• Define inorganic growth thesis by domain, targets, whitespace, gaps
• Advise CEO, CFO, and CBO on build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions
• Build and manage a proprietary pipeline of targets
• Lead full deal lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, diligence, closing
• Build and mentor the corporate development function

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate development, IB, PE, VC, or strategy consulting with tech focus
• Track record leading deals from origination through close and integration
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical skills with commercial judgment
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and board audiences
• Strong network across tech, data, and investor ecosystem
• Enthusiasm for AI and its application to AI-first M&A processes
