Director, Corporate Development M&A

📋 Description

• Lead acquisitions from sourcing through closing, incl. valuation, due diligence, and closing.
• Direct cross-functional due diligence teams with external advisors.
• Develop financial models and investment analyses to guide decisions.
• Ensure transactions stay on schedule and within budget.
• Own the acquisition pipeline and identify strategic opportunities.
• Build relationships with target executives, owners, investors, bankers, and industry partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or related M&A field.
• Experience leading acquisitions from sourcing to closing, including valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation methodologies, investment analysis, and capital allocation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership; coordinating external advisors (bankers, lawyers, tax, accounting).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to present to executive leadership, investment committees, or Boards.
