Director, Corporate IT

📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for corporate IT, integrations, automation, and AI, and
• Deliver a secure, reliable, and frictionless employee technology experience while evolving IT from
• Partner with leaders across the company to improve business processes, eliminate manual work, and
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled tools, agents
• Ensure AI and automation solutions include appropriate security, privacy, data access, human
• Own the company’s core IT platforms and services, including identity and access management, Google

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT and enterprise technology, including at least
• Experience overseeing core IT platforms and services, including identity and access management
• A proven record of deploying AI agents, copilots, intelligent automation, self-service
• Demonstrated success using low-code, no-code, integration, or workflow technologies to automate
• Experience partnering with business owners to govern internal enterprise applications such as HRIS
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations, migrations, integrations, or
