Director, CPG Sales (DACH)

📋 Description

• Lead our sales strategy and execution for CPG in DACH.
• Lead the DACH CPG Management Team by building, training and motivating a high performing team.
• Develop market and competitive assessments to identify opportunities in DACH.
• Build relationships with partner executives, ops teams and industry associations.
• Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with CPG advertisers.
• Drive sales operational excellence across key metrics per annual/quarterly plan.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the digital media industry
• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising or marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
• Business fluency in German and English
• Established industry leader with strong network amongst CPG companies
• Strong leadership skills that inspire teams and drive sales performance
