Director, CRM Product Management

📋 Description

• Set the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
• Work with directors, VPs, and executives to decide what gets built
• Lead a four-person team refining requirements and running delivery and testing
• Ensure CRM data cleanliness and quality
• Collaborate with the Director, CRM Systems and their engineering team
• Drive transition from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning Salesforce as a product
• Strong background in CRM product management
• Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of AI applications within CRM
• Familiarity with CPQ and Salesforce ecosystems
• Leadership experience managing a team
