🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Customer Engineering or enterprise sales leadership.
8+ years hands-on Customer Engineering or consulting in SaaS/PaaS/cloud security.
Proven ability to partner with AEs, CS teams, and executives to drive revenue.
Experience navigating complex escalations using automated AI review pipelines.
Experience with enterprise contracts, negotiations, and compliance in Canada.
