• Lead end-to-end CX pilot projects from concept to scale.
• Design project plans with milestones, metrics, and alignment.
• Evaluate pilots and identify opportunities for refinement or scaling.
• Deliver concise, actionable communications to key stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to transition pilots to long-term owners.
• Lead through ambiguity while balancing vision with execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-7 years in research, analytics, strategy, or insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional education projects.
• Strong experience in survey design, data analysis, and insight development.
• Executive-level communication, presentation design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to travel nationally (not expected to exceed ~20% annually).
