Director, Customer Success Operations

📋 Description

• Build out and operationalize the US Operations function at Neara, scaling from early-stage to
• Define and embed project management and customer engagement best practices across CS, with coaching
• Design and maintain project tracking and reporting infrastructure, surfacing status, risks, and
• Set standards for team configurations, including structure, resource allocation, and contract
• Design and maintain CS onboarding and continuous learning systems.
• Track sustainability signals to leadership to preempt burnout and drive value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or leadership in CS/Professional Services Operations with
• Proven track record leading digital transformation, enterprise software deployments, or PMO
• Experience building or redesigning project management standards and PMO functions.
• Strong communication to translate complex status and trade-offs to senior leadership/customers.
• Comfort with data/tools; able to design dashboards and tracking systems; experience with Fibery
• Experience in infrastructure; energy sector a plus.
