  • Proven CX tech strategy and large-scale delivery experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/Experience Cloud; Gainsight; Certinia
  • Hands-on AI in CX/GTM with AI-native tools and automation
  • Familiar with Agile methods and cross-functional leadership
