Director, Cybersecurity Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and evolve the enterprise cybersecurity engineering program.
• Define security architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
• Drive Zero Trust, secure-by-design, and AI-assisted automation.
• Oversee deployment/maintenance of EDR, SIEM, CNAPP, firewalls.
• Lead IAM controls: directory services, PAM, MFA, VPN, password managers.
• Own global cybersecurity engineering and IAM strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security engineering and operations.
• Bachelor’s in CS, Info Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP or equivalent.
• Experience with common cybersecurity and IAM solutions.
• Engineering leadership in large, regulated organizations (financial services preferred).
• Familiar with SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001 and standards (CIS, NIST, STIG).
• Proven global team leadership and security operations at scale.
• Deep cloud security knowledge and AI for security ops.
