📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Commercial leadership, translating business questions
• Proactively identify commercial performance trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging business
• Lead patient-level claims analytics to identify patient populations, new patient starts, treatment
• Develop and validate analytical methodologies for patient identification and treatment initiation
• Integrate claims data with sales, specialty distribution and pharmacy, CRM, healthcare professional
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of launch KPIs, commercial performance metrics, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MS, or a related discipline is
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial analytics
• Deep knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical commercial data, including longitudinal patient claims and
• Demonstrated experience using patient-level claims data to identify patient populations, new

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated annual base pay range of $201,500–$260,500. The final offer will depend on
