Director, Data and Platform

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end data architecture, including data ingestion, ETL and transformation, extracts
• Lead the architecture and operation of DevOps and infrastructure supporting AI engineering
• Establish technical direction, architecture standards, and engineering practices across data
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade systems, while continuing to write and ship
• Develop infrastructure that is scalable, stable, observable, and maintainable without extensive
• Build and lead the data and platform organization, including hiring, team development, day-to-day

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience architecting and building production platforms; candidates with strong
• Proven hands-on ownership of data architecture across ingestion, ETL, transformation, extracts
• Strong DevOps experience, including designing, deploying, operating, and scaling production systems
• Demonstrated ability to write and ship production code rather than focusing solely on architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, MongoDB, DynamoDB
• Experience handling and protecting sensitive PHI/PII data, including appropriate detection and
