🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data center strategy and site selection at hyperscalers or AI infra.
Strong DC fundamentals: power architecture, cooling, redundancy, density.
Experience leading multi-party negotiations; colo/power contracts; RFPs.
Knowledge of data center, power, and real estate contracts and legal frameworks.
Financial fluency: TCO modeling and cost drivers.
Clear communicator; translate trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
