Lead, hire, and develop data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists
Own architecture and roadmap for the data platform
Set standards for trustworthy data incl. modeling, testing, freshness SLAs
Partner with engineering on instrumentation and on-chain data ingestion
Collaborate with analytics leadership to prioritize platform work
Build operating rhythm to scale the team and processes

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data science
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary data team
Strong technical foundation to review data models and architectures
Production experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark; cloud warehouse such as
Track record of improving data quality and trust
Ability to prioritize across stakeholders and build a capable team
