Director, Data Science

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end data science, ML, and agentic AI systems to production.
• Build, validate, and deploy high-complexity predictive models.
• Define enterprise AI/ML best practices, governance, lifecycle, and observability.
• Lead ambiguous problems with clear goals, priorities, and success metrics.
• Establish guardrails for AI to align user expectations with deliverables.
• Partner with Product, Eng, UX, and leadership to align DS with roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years in data science, ML, or AI, with multi-team leadership.
• 3-5+ years leading and growing DS/ML/AI teams with mentoring.
• Depth in ML/AI, analytics, or applied data science; technical authority.
• Proven track record deploying ML/AI models to production at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, CS, Stats, Math, or Engineering.
