📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists and managers.
• Drive data strategy across Figma’s AI products.
• Champion data quality and democratization across the company.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to drive impact.
• Shape AI product metrics, evals, and experimentation for AI/LLM features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading data science teams; 2+ years managing managers.
• 7+ years in AI, data science, or related field.
• Proven experience building or measuring AI products.
• Expertise in statistics, experimentation, and forecasting.
• Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments.
• Desire to foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Experience owning 0 to 1 product areas is a plus.
