• Lead the Product Algorithms portfolio across Growth, Styling, and Freestyle.
• Define the vision and roadmap for data science, ML, AI, and analytics.
• Drive innovation by scaling AI/ML, personalization, and experimentation.
• Strengthen planning, prioritization, experimentation, and cross‑functional decision making.
• Build and develop a high‑performing org of managers and senior ICs with exec stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS, Statistics, Engineering, or Math; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in data science, ML, experimentation, or product analytics; 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven success delivering production ML/AI and experimentation capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Strong fluency in ML, generative AI/LLMs, experimentation, product analytics, and systems.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and execs.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, and leadership.
