📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data science roadmap across Consumer, Delivery, Ads to drive ROI.
• Lead team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers; set best practices for models.
• Partner with C-suite/product leadership to align ML strategy with business goals.
• Drive experimentation culture with metrics and robust A/B testing.
• Lead Consumer: search, recommendations, personalization; intent modeling.
• Delivery Intelligence and Ads: ETA, dispatch, ranking, attribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in applied data science/ML; 3+ years leading teams in tech/e‑commerce.
• Ad ranking/retrieval in ecommerce; relevance modeling.
• Two-tower retrieval, transformers, LLMs, contextual bandits, GNNs, causal/uplift modeling.
• Strong product intuition; tie ML to revenue, NPS, ops; communicate with execs.
• Proficient in Python; hands-on with model code and pipelines.
• Familiar with feature stores, model registries, real-time serving, experiments; diverse teams.
