• Experience leading enterprise data eng/analytics teams.
• Strong cloud data platform design & management.
• Expertise in data architecture, ETL, governance, analytics.
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR, payer, claims, CRM).
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, healthcare tech standards.
• Proven partner to exec leadership and cross-functional teams.
