📋 Description

• Develop and evolve enterprise data architecture for scalable analytics and growth.
• Establish data standards, governance, and repeatable ingestion/transformation frameworks.
• Align data roadmaps with business goals, product strategy, and analytics needs.
• Lead complex data migrations: scope, mapping, validation, testing, deployment.
• Oversee ETL activities and ensure successful migration outcomes.
• Translate business needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data architecture, enterprise analytics, BI, or data strategy.
• Proven experience designing and executing complex enterprise data migrations.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, ETL, BI, cloud, and analytics.
• Experience developing data governance frameworks and scalable data practices.
• Background in client-facing consulting or premium analytics delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, CS, IS, or related field.
• Data governance or management certifications (e.g., DAMA-CDMP) a plus.
