Own operations and performance of physical infra for xAI data centers and compute facilities, including electrical, mechanical, liquid cooling, power generation and fiber networks.
Build and lead operations teams across electrical, mechanical, controls, power generation, and critical infra areas.
Set and maintain operational standards for power usage, cooling, uptime, and reliability.
Run day-to-day facility operations, including PM, and response to issues.
Improve facility operations toward reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
Collaborate with construction, hardware, and procurement teams to bring new facilities from construction into steady operations.
