📋 Description

• Own and execute the enterprise distribution center security and asset protection strategy
• Establish network policies, standards, post orders, audit routines, incident classifications
• Lead recurring current-state assessments and validation visits across the full risk path - property
• Maintain site risk profiles, network heat maps, control maturity assessments, immediate-action
• Serve as the principal distribution center security and asset protection advisor to senior leaders
• Define program KPIs and KRIs, including loss and recovery trends, incident rates, access

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate security, asset protection, loss
• Demonstrated experience owning a multi-site or regional security and asset protection program
• Experience building, transforming, or materially scaling a security, asset protection, loss
• Proven leadership of managers, professionals, site resources, and contract security teams
• Strong experience with guard-force strategy and vendor governance, including sourcing, contracts or
