Director, Debt Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead and execute Together's debt capital markets strategy to support the company's infrastructure
• Build, manage and expand relationships with lenders, financing advisors and other institutional
• Drive financing processes end-to-end including lender/advisor outreach, preparation of company
• Negotiate credit agreements, term sheets, and other financing documentation to achieve optimal
• Partner closely with Business Operations, Legal, GTM, Engineering and Product teams to drive
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and assist with other Strategic Finance initiatives and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: investing experience at a private equity
• Deep familiarity with structured finance and debt capital markets, with proven track record of
• Executive presence and maturity to build/manage relationships with external financing
• Experience driving legal negotiation of financing documentation (e.g., credit agreements) in
• Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of
• Strong work ethic and self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and work
