📋 Description

  • Define and own global demand gen strategy aligned to revenue targets and pipeline.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel programs (email, paid media, ABM, webinars, events, partners).
  • Lead pipeline contribution; partner with VP Global Marketing and sales leadership.
  • Translate objectives into quarterly/annual roadmaps with priority.
  • Lead and grow a small team of Demand Gen Managers and Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Own global demand gen budget; report ROI and allocate across channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B demand gen; at least 3 in team leadership.
  • Proven scale of demand gen programs in enterprise tech, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Hands-on with enterprise marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and other platforms.
  • Deep Salesforce CRM proficiency for pipeline tracking and attribution.
  • Budget ownership and data-driven spend decisions.
  • Strong ABM experience targeting enterprise accounts with tiering and intent data.
