🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, leading ABM or demand gen teams.
• Proven ABM success, owning targeting, tiering, and pipeline.
• Experience in AI-forward environments applying AI to work better and faster.
• Deep multi-channel expertise across paid, digital, social, direct mail, web, content, lifecycle.
• Experience leading agency/vendor relationships as an extension of in-house team.
• Strong partnership with sales; fluent in SDRs, AEs, and named accounts.
