🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading and scaling technical GTM teams.
• Deep technical expertise in Python and platform engineering.
• Experience working with developers and engineering-led buyers.
• Strong track record of leading complex enterprise engagements and building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and technical storytelling skills.
