Director, Deposit Operations & Treasury Management

📋 Description

• Lead daily deposit ops (onboarding, wires, ACH, checks, digital banking)
• Manage treasury management ops and service delivery
• Develop and implement operational improvements and workflows
• Lead staffing, performance, training, and growth
• Create and maintain policies and internal controls
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent banking exp possible
• 10+ years banking exp in deposit ops and treasury management
• 3+ years leadership/management experience
• Strong knowledge of deposit ops, treasury, digital banking, compliance
• Experience leading diverse teams
• Ability to develop/execute operational strategies in regulated env
